Welcome to the Mercat de l’Olivar!
Located in the heart of Palma, in Plaza del Olivar number 4 (between Plaça de Espanya and Carrer Sant Miquel), this is a traditional market with the best fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, seafood, cheese, cold meats, along with a wide gastronomic offer and a growing shopping arcade.
The site has entrances on either side of the building, and is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. It has lifts and escalators to move comfortably between the different floors. It has its own car park.
At the service of Mallorcans and all visitors since 1951.
Timetable
Monday to Friday* from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
*Friday partial opening from 14:30h to 20:00 h.
Saturdays from 7:00 to 15:00 h.
Gastronomy from Monday to Saturday until 16:00h.
Sundays: closed

The Mercat has a wide and varied gastronomic offer with ready meals, oysters, sushi, cavas and champagne, wines and spirits, bars, restaurants, cafés and a gastronomic space where different events are held all the time. On the first floor there is a Mercadona supermarket so that you can complete your shopping.
In the Mercat there are also other complementary services so that you won’t lack anything, such as flowers, newspapers, hairdressing, key-copying, shoe repairs, shops… even a library and a games library.
