Thomas and Lenka Ziel run both the stalls Pink Gamba and Pink Salmón as well as the Yosushi located just across the other two stalls. They were the first to offer sushi at the market hall five years ago and lure their clients with an excellent selection of sushi ready for take-away or to be eaten at the venue.
